In the tamping series of equipment, from the early D08-32 to the latest D09-3X, all are equipped with GVA or ALC to achieve semi-automatic operation of the equipment. ALC is the abbreviation of the German "Automatischer Leit Computer" track geometry automatic guidance computer. On equipment of different periods, ALC is called differently, such as GVA on the D08-32 machine, GVA97 on the D08-, ALC on the D09-32, D08-475, D09-3X and other machine. The main core functions of the track geometry automatic guidance computer systems with different names are exactly the same, and each has its own characteristics in technical details and functions. The track geometry automatic guidance computer system we designed ourselves is named "AGC", which is derived from the abbreviation of the English name "Automatic Guiding Computer".
Since its launch in 2008, the system has been running stably and reliably, and its main components have passed GB/T 25119 certification. All main components have been included in the procurement catalog of the National Railway Mall. Currently, more than 300 sets of the system have been installed at home and abroad, and it has won high praise from users.
System supported operation modes
Theoretical line guidance operation mode: GEO/GEO+MES
Precision measurement and tamping operation mode: GEO+VER/GEO+VER+MES
Measurement operation mode: MES/MES+VER
Line local status repair operation mode (LFC)
All the above modes support synchronous recorder
The system is applicable to any line and any track gauge. It is applicable to any type of tamping machine using the chord measurement system, and is applicable to the three-point and four-point chord measurement system; it is applicable to the single pendulum compensation leveling system (08 model) and the double pendulum compensation leveling system (09 model). By appropriately adding conversion modules, it is applicable to the upgrade and transformation of traditional analog models.
